652. I think they may be equiv to mpf 131 or similar. I
have 24 total ...and could spare 12. I have other
similar dg mosfets to come later.
MMICs. I bought some in bulk a while back.
Packets of 30 and 20. I wont be needing all of
them so I can spare a couple here and there to
builders.

My small parts supply cannot fill big orders
..BUT..if you need a part or two or
three..maybe even four...!! I can send it/them
to you with little or no cost in administrative
fees. I also do some repairs and help with
technical problems. Older stuff and simpler
qrp stuff mainly. Its more of a hobby
business..than a full fledged business
(at this point anyways). I am going to turn this
into a full fledged business when it goes
from operating in the RED to the BLACK!!

I have some parts radios that I can supply parts from as well. I have
a junker hr10b, ts820s,ts780,some junk cb for parts, some hf yagi
brackets, dx160 swl rx, and some other junkers.

I can custom wind coils as I have several pieces of test equipment
at my disposal (to measure Inductance).  PRICE IS ONLY $1.00 each
for a small custom wound coil such as the 8.3 uh inductor in the
picture!!! HEY ..MY PRICES ARE FOR THE HOBBYIST WHO DOESN'T
WANT TO BREAK THE PIGGY BANK!
Here I am on the bench doing some repairs to an old
Heathkit HW 16.
I do basic repairs (not alignments (yet) ) for other people
as well from time to time.
Here are some
tubes I have
carefully cataloged
and packaged in
plastic containers
with tissue paper
to ensure the tubes
don't get cracked.
I sell used tested
tubes at a very
good price.

I match the lowest
prices on the web.
Just got a shipment of parts in
today (Oct 21-08) tnx Joe (I owe
you one or two or more!!)

When I receive parts I log them
in to my inventory and pack
them away. Some are New parts
in Packages and others are bulk.
This winter (2009) I will be
putting my part numbers on
spreadsheet for easy on line
viewing.
These 2N3053 are excellent ! They are perfect for QRPers.
They are good RF transistors for QRP transmitters.
IF I COULD GET MY HANDS ON A FEW THOUSAND OF
THESE ..I'm sure I could sell them. MY PRICE TO YOU is only
$1.25 each ( Dans Small Parts in the USA price is $1 each).
My supply is rather limited (unfortunately) but if you need
only a couple --- I'm your man. (I test them individually B4 I
ship them.
Audio Ics such as these
MC1455 are good for qrp
builders.

I have a number of op amps
and audio amplifier ICs.

I have enough now that I can
spare the odd one here and
there to qrp builders or those
who are fixing an older solid
state radio.

I also have some ZILOG
microprocessor LSI chips. Not
much of a demand for
these..but you never know. If
no one wants them in a year or
so ..I may batch them all up
and sell them on EBAY.

pdf file of the device.
