WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR A FISHING
TRIP IN MY BOAT with my equipment
This waiver you are signing and initialling concerns a fishing outing we are
taking together.
NOTE: this is a NO FEE..FISHING TRIP WE ARE embarking on as acquaintances.
YOU ARE UNDER ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION TO PAY ME ANY FEES WHAT
SO EVER. IT IS A PLEASURE OUTING FOR THE BOTH OF US.
THE ONLY COMPENSATION I WILL ASK FOR IS A FIFTY FIFTY SPLIT FOR THE
COST OF GAS for my outboard engine and the gas for my truck. Since we are
going for only a short 10 km by road to a local lake near Elliot Lake and a few
kms on the water (DEPOT LAKE) - I would ask you for $5.00 for the gas.

WE ARE USING MY TRUCK, BOAT and boat trailer.
It is just as if we were friends going out fishing. I DO NOT KNOW YOU WELL
ENOUGH TO HAVE ANY IDEA OF YOUR HEALTH ISSUES.
MY FIRST AID AND CPR TRAINING IS OUT OF DATE.
I can provide you with a LIFE JACKET but it is UP TO YOU TO WEAR IT.
